Mini-suite hotels, 100- to 150-key, 3-story and 4-story buildings
throughout the United States. Forty-three projects completed in
past four years; others are scheduled. Our clients are various
franchisees and Candlewood Hotel Company, Inc. LSMA also designed
Candlewood’s corporate offices.
HOMESTEAD VILLAGES
Mini-suite hotels throughout the western United States. Range
from two-story wood frame complexes to single buildings of four stories
over two levels of concrete parking. Twenty projects completed
within the last three years, with others to follow. Also, peer
reviews for franchisees of hotels by others. Client is Security
Capital/Homestead Village, Inc.
WOODFIN SUITES
Extended stay hotel in Sorrento Mesa, California. Four-story with
150 luxury units with full service, including dining and conference
area.
MARRIOTT
We introduced wood frame construction to Marriott and developed their
prototypes and contract documents for various projects for Marriott
and/or their franchisees, including Courtyards, Residence Inns,
Fairfield Inns, life-care, full service hotels and peer reviews.
Thirty projects completed in the last fifteen years.
HILTON HOTELS
An eight-story tower addition in Salt Lake City, Utah (design stage).
A 161-key Hilton Gardens, 4-story, wood frame building in Milpitas, California.
INN AT SOLITUDE
An upscale ski resort/hotel in Utah. Wood frame structure, five stories plus full basement.
