SANTANA ROW, 7 & 8
A complex of 282 upscale urban apartment units (330,000 s.f.) in 14
buildings, over 3-4 stories of retail and parking, in San Jose,
California.
UPTOWN PLAZA
A complex of 233 condominium units, 4 story over P.T. garage structure in San Jose, California for KB Homes.
LAS PALMAS/NORTH PARK
A complex of 11 sites and approximately 2,800 upscale units and
recreation/commercial facilities, with five architectural firms,
for IAC in San Jose, California.
TUSCANY HILL
A complex of 76 condominium units over P.T. garage structure.
This is a difficult site with seven levels of structures.
Currently in design stage for KB Homes in San Jose, California.
EL CAMINO
308 rental units, 4 story over podium garage structure in Santa Clara, California for Sobrato Development Companies.
MARINA BAY
128 townhome units, 3 story located in Richmond, California. Currently in design stage for Signature Properties.
THE METROPOLITAN
A complex of 222 luxury urban apartments in adjacent sites.
4 story over concrete parking, plus recreation and leasing facilities, in San Mateo, California.
MANSION GROVE SOUTH
A project of 225 apartment units for Prometheus, located in Santa Clara. Project is 4 story complex over a podium garage.
RIVER TERRACE
A complete project of 250 apartments, 4 story, S.O.G. with interior parking structures for Trammel Crow.
OLSON CHERRY ORCHARD
A 300-unit apartment complex. 6 buildings of various combinations
of 5 unit types in 4 building types, with leasing office and recreation
building. Wood frame on P.T. concrete parking structures, in
Sunnyvale, California.
LEGACY AT CONCORD
A 259-unit apartment project, 4-story, P.T. slab-on-grade with interior 5-level garage structures, in Concord, California.
PASADENA APARTMENTS
Two adjacent projects of 278 urban units in 4-story buildings, over 2 levels of retail and parking, in Pasadena, California.
STANFORD WEST
A 550-unit, market rate apartment village with community building for
Stanford Management Company. Three-story, non-stacked wood frame
on P.T. slab.
MARLIN COVE
A 238-unit apartment complex in five 4-story buildings over parking, in Redwood Shores, California for M.H. Podell.
JEFFERSON AT BAY MEADOWS
A complex of 4-story apartments and retail over garage
structures. 575 units in 7 buildings. For JPI, in Belmont,
California.
PARC METROPOLITAN
382-unit multi-housing project in Milpitas, California. 11 unit
types in 15 building types, tuck-under parking and community building.
SPRING CANYON and PINE BLUFFS
Two 300-unit apartment complexes on post-tensioned slab-on-grade, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, for A.G. Spanos Co.
RIVER QUARRY
A complex of 188 apartment units, 3 stories with car ports, community building and miscellaneous buildings, in Boise, Idaho.
