California. Four-story, wood frame over concrete parking. This
project won numerous awards.

stories over concrete parking, on hillside condition, in Walnut Creek,
California.
VILLA VALENCIA
A lifecare/skilled nursing facility for Marriott Corporation.
Project consisted of seismic upgrade and major remodel of 4/7-story
towers, plus new community building and new, separate skilled nursing
facility. An OSHPD project.
